     In order to receive this Design, Hosting and/or Package, you will need to provide:
           (Required) Paperwork for Non-Profit Status (Copy of 501c or similar)
           (Required) 6 mos. of past activities, fund raisers, etc...
           (Required) 1 yr. Contributions (This basis our decision on discount or free of charge)

                             Membership counts (How many, if any)

     Again we support and believe in these organizations that provide communities with services that cannot be funded by city or state. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke services if we feel you are not providing the services described in the agreement.
